She honed her marketing skills at Scholastic during the Harry Potter heyday, where she developed and designed launch materials for the releases of new titles.

Dailey has been named by Creative Review as one of the Top 50 Creative Leaders, by WIRED magazine as one of the Top 10 Women Digital Powerbrokers, and by BIMA as one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs progressing the creative industries. She spent over 20 years as Time Warner’s top executive in Europe, expanding the reach of HBO, CNN, Warner Bros., and Time Inc.
She has lectured at institutions including Cambridge University and Central Saint Martins, regularly appears on Sky News, and is a lifetime member of BAFTA. She is the author of The Creative Entrepreneur (DK Penguin Random House), Founder of Creative Entrepreneurs, and previously served as Managing Director of Time Warner International, London.
