Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Fish Dish #335 A large and important Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Fish Platter and Cover, Design #335C, Designed by Johan Rohde, circa 1919. Of oval form, the platter with shell-form handles and fitted with a shell-handled mazarine pierced with a diaper pattern and centered by a fish. The domed cover is surmounted by an exquisite finial composed of two opposing fish with shells and grapes, a ring handle at the center. The finial is framed by a large oval hand-chased scalloped border, reflecting the exceptional craftsmanship characteristic of Rohde’s early designs for Georg Jensen.
